Installations
Servers:
The main thing a client needs to know from
the start about installations is that there are necessary items to consider.
Part of our needs analysis checklist for a server room takes into account
space, temperature, environment, power, security and connections. Ideally
the room should be cool, dust free, have adequate dedicated power and
be centrally located somewhere in your business that would require a
minimum of cabling. It should also be limited access for your own protection.
Proposal
Once we have consulted with you, we will present a thorough and inclusive
proposal detailing the entire project from start to finish. All hardware,
software, cabling and engineering services will be broken down in the
itemized budget so that you understand what each item is and how much
it costs.
Approval
Upon approval of our plan we will assist you in the ordering of
all necessary hardware. We do not and never will make any money from
this step. Your price is the same price everyone else pays! Our research
of the best cost for your company is always included in your budget
as administrative time at an hourly rate. With all that said, a mutually
agreed upon time for start up is finalized and we can proceed with the
Network Installation.
